RAZI COV PARS IN THE JOURNAL OF NATURE / INTRANASAL VACCINES REDUCE THE CHAIN OF TRANSMISSION OF THE CORONA VIRUS

In its latest issue, the scientific journal of Nature wrote an article about the effectiveness of intranasal vaccines to fight against the epidemic of Covid-19: Razi Cov Pras vaccine has passed and completed its three stages of clinical studies on humans.
According to the Public Relations report of Razi Institute, Dr. Seyed Reza Bani Hashemi said: In this article, the Razi Cov Pars vaccine is named as one of the four nasal spray vaccines that have completed phase III studies for the safety and performance compared to other vaccines.
He mentioned: This article, entitled How Intranasal Vaccines Can Change the Pandemic, deals in detail with the fact that vaccines that enter the body through the nose or mouth may stop the corona virus in its tracks.
Dr. Beni Hashemi added: It is also mentioned in this article that intranasal vaccines are approved for use as booster doses.
R&D Director of Razi Institute stated that these vaccines can create immune cells in the thin mucous membranes that exist in the nasal and oral cavities and are among the first entry routes of the SARSCoV-2 virus. These vaccines are able to quickly stop the virus before it spreads and prevent even mild cases of the disease.
He continued: It has also been carefully pointed out that intramuscular vaccines are not effective in preventing the virus from entering through the mouth or nose, and intranasal vaccines have better effectiveness and performance in this field.
Dr. Beni Hashemi stated that in the article of the journal Nature, there are 100 intranasal vaccines under development, of which at least 20 vaccines have been tested on human s, and clarified: Razi Cov Pars vaccine made by Razi Vaccine and Serum Research Institute is one of the four vaccines whose clinical studies have been completed.
Vaccine researcher of Razi Cov Pars pointed out that from the World Health Organization’s point of view, vaccines that can stop the chain of transmission of the corona virus are among the best vaccines, and said: The hope of the World Health Organization is that by using intranasal vaccines, the covid 19 disease be eradicated.

According to Dr. Beni Hashemi, the intranasal vaccine for covid 19, if used as a booster dose, is effective in the body for 6 months to one year, and in addition to preventing the corona virus, it can break the chain of transmission of this virus to other people.
R&D Director of Razi Institute about the status of Razi Cov Pars intranasal vaccine, which is the only recombinant protein vaccine with biocompatible nanoadjuvant in the world and has inhalation properties to inhibit the Covid-19 virus, said: Phases 1, 2, 3 and children's studies have been conducted and with the completion of the booster studies, it is awaiting the issuance of the Food and Drug Organization's license to use the intranasal form of this vaccine as a booster dose.
He said: It is hoped that the officials like other countries will support this national honor so that this important thing will be remembered as a bright spot in the history of the research of the country's health system.
